Audrey Rita Redlin, 71, formerly of Kenosha, late of Friendship, passed away to eternal life, Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at her son’s residence.
She was born on March 22, 1941 to the late Sigmond and Anna (Swoda) Sepanski in Kenosha. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School.
On September 26, 1959 she married Raymond C. Redlin at Friedens Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Audrey worked at St. Catherine’s Hospital for many years. She started volunteering at the hospital at 14 years old.
Audrey was a very active member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Adams and a previous member of Friedens Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Audrey loved being with her family, enjoyed bowling, ceramics, gardening, camping, reading, and an avid Packer fan.
Audrey is survived by her loving husband Raymond Sr., her children Margaret “Peggy” (Rich) Walasek of Kenosha, Cynthia “Cindy” (Jim) Svehla of Trevor, Raymond (Christine) Redlin Jr. of Somers and Susan Blanchard of Mt. Pleasant, her brother Gary (Margaret) Sepanski and her grandchildren Ashley Kosa, Adam Kosa, Eric Walasek, Greg Walasek, Ryan Svehla, Rebecca Svehla, Nicholas Svehla, Kevin Svehla, Wesley Redlin, Alyssa Redlin, Tara Blanchard and Leah Blanchard.
She is preceded in death by a brother Kenneth Sepanski.
Funeral Services for Audrey will be held on Friday, June 1st at 11:00 a.m. at Friedens Evangelical Lutheran Church (5038 – 19th Ave.). Interment will follow at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Thursday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home and again on Friday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
